You will not be charged without first being made aware of costs. Each customer receives a Client Agreement which details our Terms and Conditions and exactly what charges will be made. Each client is also provided with a Service Level Agreement explaining which of our services are included in our service package.

We offer our clients three charging options:
1. Paying by fee.
2. Paying by commission.
3. Paying by a combination of fee and commission.
